I am a student of the Tarot, and people that I do readings for often say it is frighteningly accurate, even if I don't know anything about their history or circumstances.  In a regular reading, the Seeker holds a question or subject in his mind while the cards tell about that subject.  A Life Reading is different.  It is not an answer to a question, but rather an overall view of a person's life.  Twelve cards are layed out in a circle, and each card falls on a sign of the Zodiac.  The cards are then interpreted according to where they fall.  For instance, Gemini is the sign of communication and intelligence, therefore any card that lands on the Gemini spot will be interpreted as having to do with those chracteristics in the personality fo the Seeker. 

Robert

 

Aries: The Sun

Robert has a successful state of mind, and this is how he has achieved his success.  He believes in himself and has a positive opinion of his talents and abilities, and so those things have come to pass.  He will have outstanding success in the arts, in his marriage, and in material happiness.

 

Taurus: Seven of Wands

He has had to fight for what he believes in against the powers that be.  There has always been stiff competition in his career, but he stands his ground and does things the way he sees as right.  In this way he has secured his financial standings on his own terms.

 

Gemini: Three of Cups

He has good fortune in love because he keeps the lines of communication open.  He will have great success in communicating his feelings, especially through the mediums of music and painting.  He is sensitive and sympathetic to others.

 

Cancer: Two of Swords

There is some family quarrel that has to do with old age or with the care of the elderly, which will eventually be settled.  Robert has a well developed sense of balance and rhythm.

 

Leo: Queen of Pentacles

Robert is creative in numerous ways ~  in business, in family, in the arts.  This type of creativity is what excites him and keeps his love alive.  He uses his talents well.  He is rich and charitable, intelligent, thoughtful, though prone to the occasional melancholy mood.  He will always have freedom from material want, and so will those who he loves and who are close to his heart.

 

Virgo: Knight of Swords

Robert is brave, skillful, and clever in matters of his career.  He also tends to be domineering as an employer, insisting often on his own way, which can cause friction and sudden changes in the work environment.  In matters of his health and the way he lives his life, he is the same - insisting on his own way.

 

Libra: Knight of Pentacles

Robert is a perservering scholar, continuing to learn throughout his life.  He loves new ideas and new opinions.   He is generous in his love partnerships.

 

Scorpio: Six of Cups

He has provided well for members of his family, they can expect adequate inheritances from him.  He has pleasant memories of childhood, and likes to provide pleasant memories for the children in his family coming up after him.

 

Sagittarius: Four of Wands

He dreams of a happy home, prosperity, peace, and a happy marriage.  His ideals are those attained by living a simple, quiet life.

 

Capricorn: Death

His fame and talent are kept dynamic by his philosophy that Destruction = Creation.  He constantly tries to transform, thinking of new ideas and new possibilities.  Without this constant revolution and renewal, his career would have stagnated.

 

Aquarius: Seven of Swords

He has a fear that his friends will try and betray his confidence, that some may be dishonorable.  He is wary of people for this reason and is hard to get to know.  He hopes for something better but is afraid.

 

Pisces: Nine of Cups

Robert's thought process has allowed him to obtain the highest success in many areas of his life.  His future is assured, his wishes are all granted.  He has a love of sensual pleasures that he indulges himself in.

 

 

Simon

 

Aries: Eight of Swords

Simon has the feeling that those around him are holding him too tightly.  He needs to break free of these bonds but is also afraid to do so.  He is often restricted through his own indecision.

 

Taurus: The Sun

He has provided well for himself financially, he has assured material happiness.  He has excellent earning power in the field of the arts.

 

Gemini: Queen of Wands

Simon is well liked, an honorable friend.  He has a fondness of nature and living in the country.  In his communications and relationships, he has an uncanny power of attraction and command.

 

Cancer: Ten of Wands

Simon's heart is tried by pain.  He has an oppressive emotional load left over from childhood.

 

Leo: Knight of Pentacles

He is more of a material, methodical person rather than a spiritual one.  He accepts responsibility for his family.  The things that he loves most are family and nature.  He is kind to animals. 

 

Virgo: King of Pentacles

Simon is an owner of land, is married, and has several children.  He is good at the business of providing for his family.  He is a solid, steady person when it comes to work.

 

Libra: Two of Cups

He loves to start new love affairs.  He has had some trouble finding a harmonious relationship.  After some searching, he will find a partner with whom he can freely exchange ideas, someone with a balanced personality.

 

Scorpio: Three of Pentacles

His skill and ability in work have been rewarded.  He has had great material gain in his life and has provided well for his family.

 

Sagittarius: King of Cups

Simon is proud to have obtained his dream of financial freedom, this is quite an accomplishment for him.  He wants to always be kind and considerate and take responsibility for himself and his family.  He often covers his negative emotions with a calm exterior.  He has a quiet inner power, a fire inside that others find irresistable.

 

Capricorn: Justice

He has achieved what is fair and right, he has his rightful place in his career which he has earned through hard work.  A new cycle has recently started in his life, changes for the better, and he will get what he deserves in the process.  He knows how to balance his work and his home life.

 

Aquarius: The Magician

In regards to his friends, he is usually the originator of a friendship, the one who reaches out to someone else.  He likes to do things his own way in the arts, in his home life, and his personal life.

 

Pisces: Page of Wands

Simon has a brilliance in him that is not necessarily intelligence, but wit, charm, courage, enthusiasm, and beauty.  He has a dynamic personality, and is sudden to anger and sudden to love. 

 

Roger

 

Aries: The Chariot

Roger has a positive outlook ~ he feels confident that through hard work he can be successful at any endeavor he chooses.  He is responsible, but sometimes has trouble resisting temptaion.  He likes to travel in comfort.  The world is his oyster.

 

Taurus: The Devil

This is a man firmly rooted in the material world.  He is serious about his finances and his earning power.  His tangible assets are of high importance, and he knows he's earned them through hard work and determination.

 

Gemini: Ten of Cups

Roger has true and lasting friendships, in which he communicates freely and well.  He has a happy home life and good interaction with family.  He is a good communicator, a charming speaker, and a quick wit.  He enjoys writing and communicating with many people.

 

Cancer: The Empress

There is a balance and stability in his finances that will last him into old age.  He will be wealthy and content, and continue to realize his own creative projects.

 

Leo:  Three of Swords

His greatest problem in love affairs is separations.  His love interests must weather many storms, but he has a need to keep communications open.  He will most likely never marry.  It is a problem for him that he has not been recognized as an independant artist, this cuts deep.

 

Virgo: Ace of Swords

He both loves and hates his career.  It is a sword that cuts both ways.  It is also of supreme importance, it has touched everything in his life, forever.

 

Libra: Knight of Pentacles

Roger sees to all his business affairs with responsibility.  He is laborious and patient in all his dealings so that they turn out to his advantage.  He likes animals, nature, and tending to his property.  His physical world is satisfying to him.

 

Scorpio: King of Cups

Through his involvement in the arts, Roger has enjoys a quiet power.  He provides well for himself and for his mate.  He is kind and considerate, and willing to take responsibility in all matters of money, taxes, property and law.

 

Sagittarius: Queen of Cups

Roger's ideals are based more on emotion than practicality.  He is good and kind, but not overly generous to friends.  He enjoys pleasurable pursuits and is generally good-natured.

 

Capricorn: Nine of Wands

He feels his fame and social status is something he's had to strategize and fight for.  He plays the game of fame and fortune like chess, like a warrior.  If challenged he will defend himself quite well.  He has a tendency to be obstinate.

 

Aquarius: Seven of Pentacles

Roger has many superficial friendships that need tending if he wishes for them to grow into fruition.  He is worried that his art will not give its full emotional payoff unless he works at it relentlessly ~ that if he pauses too long, the harvest will be ruined.

 

Pisces: Justice

He keeps an excellent balance between work and home.  He expresses himself even-handedly and has good judgement.  he has a secret desire to start a totally new cycle in his life.  This card suggests he has won a lawsuit.

 

 

Perry

 

 

 

Aries: Eight of Pentacles

 

Long considered an apprentice, Perry is now beginning to be appreciated for his talent and potential.  He has amazing skill and dexterity with his hands and excels in the arts.  His earning potential will keep increasing throughout his life as he becomes even more well known.

 

 

Taurus: The Hermit

 

Perry has  wise counsel guiding him through his career and especially in his financial matters.  He is open-minded to opinions and weighs them carefully before making a well-advised decision.

 

 

Gemini: Death

 

He has trouble sticking with just one romantic relationship because he loves the feeling of something new.  He loves the possibilities that a new relationship brings.  He is dynamic and witty.

 

 

Cancer: Nine of Wands

 

Perry will enjoy good health into old age.  He has strength in reserve for the long haul.  He has prepared himself well for his retirement and will be able to take care of himself.

 

 

Leo: Three of Swords

 

He will have a series of stormy love affairs.  There will be many separations due to quarrels, however, these girls excite him and spark his interest.  He is more addicted to fiery romances than he could ever be to drugs or other vices.

 

 

Virgo: Eight of Cups

 

Perry's cup is full, and yet he is still unsatisfied.  He is disappointed that his love affairs don't work out.  He has a secret desire to leave material success behind to find something better.  For him, a simple, uncluttered life is conducive to mental health and well-being.

 

 

Libra: Four of Pentacles

 

Perry has a solidity in himself, a strength of purpose that serves him well.  He is not overly generous with money in his relationships.  He may have to defend himself and his money in court.

 

 

Scorpio: The Magician

 

He is very organized, even meticulous in his home and his appearance.  He is very creative in his chosen field, slowly building up his prestige.  He will be remembered.

 

 

Sagittarius: The Star

 

He has idealistic dreams and ideals of courage, love, inspiration....he dreams most of a supreme love, a true love freely given and taken.  His experiences will give him insight into the meaning of life.  He will enjoy good health and good friends for his whole life.  A perfect marriage is dreamed and is possibly achieved.

 

 

Capricorn: Four of Cups

 

He is dissatisfied with material success, he realizes it is hollow.  He has a world-weariness about him.  His emotions are turned inward, he doesn't show them publicly.  He has much kindness, understanding, and good will coming to him from people he knows and also from people he doesn't know.

 

 

Aquarius: The Sun

 

He dreams of a good and successful marriage.  He will have achievement in the arts.  He finds happiness and pleasure in simple things, and has good health.  He will overcome the problems of his life and eventually attain his hopes.

 

 

Pisces: Ten of Pentacles

 

He secretly desires more acknowledgement for his skill.  He thinks often of having a stable family life but does not live that way.  In the end, he will get far more than he expected.
